Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) bilingual staff is available to answer questions or accept comments related to MBL transportation services, bus fares and discounted fare information, lost & found, Montebello Link shuttle services, and Dial-A-Taxi services. Sales of bus tokens, EZ Passes, and Student Monthly Passes are also offered. Customers are able to visit or call the customer service staff Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, except on legal holidays.

Customers can access MBL and other local provider’s trip planning information by calling 511 or visiting Go511.com. Commuters can obtain assistance with their travel plans for Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties. Real-time traffic and travel information for these counties as well as neighboring San Bernardino and Riverside counties are available online.
Lost & Found
Please call 323-558-1625 to report items lost on MBL vehicles. Please provide the date, time, bus number and description of the item. MBL is not responsible for lost items on the bus; however staff will research and follow up on reported lost items.
