Accounts Receivable Division is responsible for collecting, recording and reporting all financial transactions for the City of Montebello, in accordance with all applicable City and other governmental requirements or guidelines. The division is also responsible for billing and collecting miscellaneous City revenues, such as Transient Occupancy Tax, Franchise Fees, Alarm Permits, Animal Licenses, Business Licenses, Rubbish Fees, Discount Golf Cards, EZ Transit Passes, Third Party Liabilities, Miscellaneous Invoices and all other User Fees.
